You've definitely got a Bluetooth module connected, silver box in front of the black box rearmost of all the toys.

The reverse cam, forgive a newbie owner here, but would this fit an 2002 RR with TV , switch the screen when reverse engaged and some fitting instructions ?

Yes, but not out of the box, you need to do some mods to wiring etc

There are no instruction, it's an aftermarket camera in a number plate, it presents RCA connectors which will need modding to fit the aux in of your BM54, you can also pick up a feed that will switch to the aux in when activated.

So folk take a feed from the reversing lights, to the camera (so it's only powered when reverse is selected, and also use that to auto switch to the aux in feed.
