Advice needed please

Could anyone give me a bit of advice regarding the headset pictured, I was hoping it would be able to fit into my 2003 l322 which at the moment has a big standard wireless in, what else would I need and would the wiring be compatible?

that wont work in a 2002...its a MOST unit and will only work on the 2010-2012 years..

It's the basic unit cd player and radio the most basic one they made!

It all depends on what wiring you have to the back
The screen has a cassette in it 6 cd multiplayer in the glove box
And the rest is in the back wing have a look what you have
Took mine out as an I bus fault means it won’t work in mine
Your welcome to plug them in and see if they work in yours if you have the wires
