Wonky Heads Up Display

Hi all

Anyone else have a wonky heads up display on their screen when viewing from the drivers seat? Mine is clearly slowing to the right and the adjustment in the menu doesn't alter that. Is it possible to actually move the display inside the dash-top without complete disassembly of the dash area?

The picture was taken this morning behind my offices and the phone was level with the bottom of the instrument binnacle, you can see the front of the car at the bottom of the picture, its not quite as bad as it looks, the car was sloping slightly too but it is very obvious from the drivers seat so the picture gives a clear idea of what Im seeing.

Thanks

Carl

my suspicions are that its not 'pointing' at the screen correctly...can you see if it can be aligned ..

Have you tried adjusting the vertical position of the HU display on the windscreen - just to see if it helps correct what seems like a twist in the mechanism?

This problem is not something I’ve seen or experienced. 2016 SDV8 AB

Adjusting the height sorted it, strangely lowering the height too much made it slope as seen in the pictures, increasing the height too much made it slope the other way, it doesn't rise and lower level.

Its sorted for my driving position so that's the important thing, thanks for the advice everyone.

Brilliant news, glad it worked.

That kind of thing out of alignment drives me nuts. 2016 SDV8 AB
