Dab Radio Antenna - Advice Please.

I recently fitted a DAB Radio Adapter in the Fattie and it works fine.

However the Dab antenna (specifically the black block at the end of the antenna) *will not* stay stuck to the windscreen. I cleaned the area first with an alcohol wipe and sat there for 15 minutes holding the block in place to give it every chance to stick.

1st I tried the sticky backing it came with - block fell off.
2nd I tried some double-sided sticky tape I had - block fell off.
3rd I bought and tried some Gorilla double-sided tape - block fell off.

Can anyone recommend something that will definitely stick this wretched thing to the windscreen please?

This is the DAB unit I purchased:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07BTN...&psc=1

It's the aerial/antenna that is supplied with it.

Can’t see the Ariel
Usually it’s a small plastic box with a flexible film a short earth
Strap that sticks to metal of car and cable that goes to headunit
Most of these Ariels are powered through the cable
So you need to check in the settings of your unit
Secure cable to the cable running up the A pillar so box is only supporting
It’s own weight
I use the double sided
tape you get on eBay to hold car badges on
If you clean glass will stick instantly

Yes. The DAB antenna is exactly as you describe in your post.

Will look for the tape you mention. Cheers.
