Yes, I think so as I can’t think what else it can be. I have replaced the sensor but no change unless it is a dealer option to turn the automatic lights and wipers off, does anyone know if this is an option? |

My 2010 has been told to run with lights on at all times, are you sure yours hasn't as well? Testbook will confirm. I got sick of people pulling out on me, so opted for lights on at start up. so sidelights setting = sidelights, off =on, on =on, auto=on. The little indicator comes on for me on the 2010 dash to tell me the lights are auto on (even though they are on anyway) when it thinks they should be on..... Land Rover Addict

Still having same problem with my 09. No Lights in "Auto" position. Replaced sensor, checked fuses. Bobby told me to chk Relay 274 but 10 different LR Dealers in U.S could not tell me location even after I forwarded electrical mapping that Bobby sent me to them. Was going to try and replace switch but was told it was probably not that. Just going to wait till I have to take it for 1st big service in a few months. Very frustrating. Mike |

Yes, car still under warranty but it is 4 hr drive to nearest RR dealer. Have decided to take it to dealer when it is ready for 1st big service and have them fix auto light prob at same time. They just hook up the diagnostic device that they say will pin point the fault pretty quick......i hope . Mike |
