Supercharged clear tail lights

I'm looking to get some of the clear supercharged rear tail light clusters and just wondered if anyone could advise how much they are and is there anywhere better to get them than my local d(st)ealer. I want original equipment parts rather than pattern stuff (if they even do them).

Also, presumably they are just a straight swap for std 2008MY TDV8 items? Or do I need to chop about with the wiring and/or change lamps, etc.

AFAIK, its a straight swap. Loads on ebay 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded
