Streaming videos from iPhone

Is there any way to stream videos from an iPhone to the TVs in an L322 through the composite/AV connection? Have found an adaptor for the iPhone but wanted to ensure it was a possibility before I spent the money.

After some playing about, I've got a Google chromecast streaming to the rear screens in mine via an HDMI -> composite converter.

But it's a bit of pain to setup, mostly as chromecast needs to be on the same wifi as the phone. So necessitates using your phone as a wifi hotspot, and then configuring the Chromecast to work from that.

I'm using an android phone, (and haven't used anything apple for quite a while), but if the casting functionality is the same, I don't see why it couldn't work on an iphone.

Of course if there's a converter from iphone to composite, then that would be much simpler (if it works)

Cheers

Jon

I did it many years ago with an old iPhone - with the old wide connector you could get a cable with composite (amalogue) output.

As above, everything 9s digital these days so something like an hdmi > composite converter will be needed and you can use an Apple TV

Money would be better spent on iPads and forget about the car screens IMHO
