MY12 touch screen rattle

My touch screen rattles and I can feel that it is loose in its mounts, possibly as a result of the passenger front airbag recall. I removed the lower glove box because the glove box was removed to replace the airbag so I thought there may be access, but it doesn't appear so.

Is there an easy way to access the screen's fixing screws?
Do the covers (wood-grain on mine) down the side of the screen un-clip? They appear loose as though they do.
Does the padded horizontal section between the screen and the climate control panel simply pull off? The section covers the top screws in the side of the climate control panel so has to be removed before the climate control panel, not that I need to remove the panel.

Thanks for any assistance.

No no & no sir I'm afraid... The nav screen is accessed by removing the dash top only, that means glove boxes out airbag disconnect! (warning!!! its an airbag) wooden ends off the dash all to get to the screws that hold the nav screen in place...

Take it back to the dealer who did the recall? Its a lot of work!

The wooden trim pieces either side of the nav are screwed to the nav screen so should be solid!

Thanks Craig. That's not what I hoped for but will now leave it alone and contact the dealer.

Edit: I recall being told that the facia would not be removed to change the air-bag so the screws must not have been tightened adequately when built.
