The well-documented potential for theft of your "keyless" Land Rover pride and joy leads me to ask if this is a decent idea for a Group Buy.
I have two of these Faraday Bags which somebody at Disklabs asked me to try. The details can be found here http://faradaybag.com/products/key-shield-...-car-keys/ I can testify these work exactly as you would think they should. With the key inside the bag, I can rest the bag (with the key inside) on the door handle and still not be able to unlock the car by pulling on the handle. The engine also will not start with the key inside the bag. I am not going to be making my retirement fortune on these I am simply offering to investigate a group buy if there is sufficient interest. Ask questions and let me know your thoughts. I don't know why they make these so enormous, particularly if they are to hold one fob, which is the most practical way to manage things. What I would like is a faraday skin that can be peeled like a banana when I want to use the vehicle and then slipped back into protection mode afterwards. Almost like a keyring that doubles as a pouch. |

This holds a fob on a small keying which also has a house key and and a house alarm prox sensor on it.
