I have e-mailed 3 times and they have all been returned by the mail delivery system saying incorrect address.

Are you manually typing in my email address and spelling Tayler with an O as opposed to an E perhaps? I get emails daily so not sure why they are not coming through. At least Jeremy is now 'on the case'!!
