Just when I thought I was going to get a few months of trouble-free driving, another issue has appeared. On my way home on Friday night, the ignition warning light started flashing intermittently. Got home okay but yesterday morning it wouldn't start; re-charged the battery enough to fire it up but the ignition light only goes out when I blip the throttle - at idle it stays on. Oh, and the air suspension warning light comes on.
Checked charging voltage this morning and I'm getting 13.75V at the battery.
I was hoping that my newly acquired (but old) IID tool might give me a clue, but can't find charging input on it.
I'm wondering if it's the alternator, especially as a search on here seems to indicate I should be getting 14V+ - but has anyone got any more info or feedback? L322 TDV8 4.4 - current
