TD6 won’t start after work done

Hi all
I’ve just taken my injectors for test after one started leaking. 5 of them passed but one was duff so I had it refurbed.

I’ve put everything back together but it won’t start now. Just turns over.

I assume these are self bleed, in which case I would’ve thought it would have started by now.

Anyone have any suggestions ?

see what the rail pressure is when cranking....need diagnostic kit though
