2013 Range Rover SE 4.4 V8 Causeway Grey

Whining noise, can you hear it or is it me?

Morning all,

I've got a whining noise coming from the car. It doesn't change tempo or volume, but is just there when going 20+, Any ideas what it could be?

Yep can defo hear it. It’s like a machine whining noise and constant. I don’t know what the heck it might be though but it’s certainly there and would drive me mad.
