Just been put onto YouTube the new Evoque has been revealed.

Perhaps they should have called it the Veloque.

It's clearly an Evoque that looks a bit more like a Velar - and the FFRR facelift was a an L405 that looked a bit more like the Velar......

I like the Velar - so I'm also in the camp of it being an improvement.

Some interesting tech in the car although do people really need a system to guide them through narrow gaps and do people not know how to use door mirrors if the rear view mirror is blocked

I like the evolution, and clear sight might help stop my wife kerbing the wheels, so sounds good to me. It’s been a huge hit for Land Rover and so I’m sure will this new generation be. If that means new and improved FFRRs, that’s got to be good.

They didn’t half string that out.

So it’s an Evoque that looks more like a Velar. At least the original looked like nothing else out there.

I couldn’t bear to watch anymore once they wheeled out Jerri McGovern...

I really like the electronic rear view mirror which goes some way to compensating for the atrocious rearward visibility. I wonder if (like the Fatty) it inexplicably and infuriatingly locks itself out once anything over 20mph?
