I had a classic RR a good few years ago and did the conversion to LPG myself. I didnt want lose either bootspace or the spare wheel. The solution was provided by RPi engineering, LPG conversion specialist. They had a bespoke small petrol tank allowing the LPG tank to be in the space normally occupied by the petrol tank. I also added 2 x sill tanks and from memory I could carry 160 litres of LPG. It all worked well, great company, I did my conversion on their premises using their ramps etc.
