Catalyst temperature sensor - circuit high

I have had this error - P0438-00 (64) Catalyst temperature sensor - circuit high (bank 2, sensor circuit 1) about three times now since owning my FFRR. It's triggered if I give it a load of right foot, i.e. kickdown during an overtake and keep it planted for say 15 seconds. I get the triangle, the message and limited performance. It never occurs at any other time, any thoughts?
I'm thinking tomorrow I'll set up live value for it and see what happens under different conditions. BMW i3 Electric Car
