Help needed urgently on suspension

Hi guys,
MY 07 had a leaking front suspensionbag two weeks ago.So went to the indy, ordered a new RH front suspension complete and had it fixed. After 2 km the car "collapsed" body on wheels. After restart the car went up again and I went back to the garage. Now everything works but they can not get the ride height on the four wheels correct. The new shock is about 2 cm lower, the rear left is 3 cm higher as the rear right. When they enter the correct car height into the computer it gives a "faillure" message. So left rear is higher, rightfront is lower.
The dealer is unwilling/unable to help before january (as I'm used to here in Perigueux). The indy is at wits end. Any one able to help please??? Big Cry Thanks in advance

Do you have a bluetooth iid tool? This has a pretty foolproof guided suspenson height setting utility that sequences you through each cormer setting it back to the default height (493mm front / 483mm rear) using up/ down arrows, very easy to do, assuming no faults with any of the height sensors etc.

Check that one of the sensors isn’t 180deg the wrong way. Maybe when the did the arm it got messed with.

Unlikely as the really shouldn’t need to come off but worth checking. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
