has anyone ever managed to achieve this?

be handy to know if this is achievable or not , seems the 2007/8/9 cars are a breed apart and quite difficult to sort (I think I've proven that)

I need a spare key so I am following your post . I am sure someone said duckworths do a key tied to your vin number mines a late 2006 with the key in the dash so I presume the same as yours and again not sure if you e Mail GAP I think there's something there . Where did you get the key from and when your successful how do you do it

I programmed mine with my iidtool! Make sure you do it with all the keys as it deleted one when i just programmed the new one if that makes sense! 2004 td6 l322 - gone
Now 2007 tdv8 l322

when you say programmed it do you mean a virgin new key , that you coded to the car?

if so do you have a link to the key you purchased ??

ps I have tried two keys from china that were supposedly for the 2007 , I have chatted to a guy in SA who has managed to code about a dozen cars but has never been able to get a result on a 2007/8/9

pps henda if your key is in the dash you may have the same security measures as the 2007 , do you have touchscreen satnav?

I had 3 with my car, only one worked the immobiliser and remote locking, when i got my iidtool i programmed one! The other two i have today replaced the batteries and cases so will be programming the last unprogrammed one tonight! 2004 td6 l322 - gone

I've got the same issue and also ready to give in! 2 x different ebay keys and a genuine L322 "used" key from a different vehicle and no joy - pcf9741 id46 transponder version is the one that will apparently work.

When programming with the IID, i just get an E7 failed message when inserting and trying to program the 2nd key.

I've emailed GAP for assistance but given the source of my keys.... interestingly, Patrick at GAP also said that the IID can't program genuine but previously programmed keys on the L322.

Can anyone give me anything to go on

the gap tool for keys is poor, even if you got a dealer supplied key IID tool struggles with L322 2006-2009

I am able to supply any land rover keys please PM me with what you need
