you have to unclip the spring clips from around the glass,which makes it easy for the glass to slide of and forward,then the grey as it is standard plastic cover just pops out from inside housing,when its out you can also remove the chrome plastic trim from the grey trim,and then prep and colour the grey bit to match your car..
