Another thing I forgot to mention was that the brake pedal is pulsating when depressed, at slower speeds it is more noticeable and can be felt rising against my foot before going down again, and then back up, this continues until the car has stopped.

So just had a look after driving for a while. The front right side is completely clear in terms of rust in the path of the brake pads, the rest still have some rust on the surface. So am I right in saying the front right is the one that is sticking |

Good chance it is, it might be worth taking it for a run and see if the hub gets warm/hot.

So I had another look and found some brake pad deposits on the right front disc, but not all the way around, giving the pulsing and juddey feeling as its braking better on part of the disc.
