Front seat question?

Are the drivers and passenger front seat base the same i.e. interchangeable? Has anyone tried to swap them over? Or do I need to find a left hooker with a decent passenger seat... Mine has wear to the outer edge of the drivers seat bottom and spoils an otherwise reasonable grey leather interior
