if you are having it professionally fitted then they should know where to place the cams.. |

Thanks Don - did Halfords hardwire it in with all cables hidden etc, so that it can record whilst parked?

I’ve had no issues with the front and I’ve moved mine around a bit to get the best picture whilst most out of the way.

Thanks - the rear camera is linked into the front, it's all part of the same Thinkware package. |

I’m sure I read somewhere that there are GPS cables in the roof lining - and you need to be careful of interference.....

Cheers Alistair, I have the installer from Chameleon Codewing coming tomorrow to do the installation. They are the official UK distributor of Thinkware apparently, and they fitted it last time. Will make sure he knows about the issues in the link you posted! |
