Also, Halfords 'Sticky stuff remover' works a treat too. Got all the glue off the Mini windows when I removed the tints. 2006 Mercedes CLS

But if you heat the sticker with a hairdryer before trying to remove it, it will peel back without you getting high on the vapours of any of the chemicals mentioned above! This, combined with a length of dental floss or nylon fishing line, is also the way to remove badges from the outside of the body.
