Bloody hell! That's quite alot. Will draining for doing the rad be a full refil aka 17L or 13L? |

I'd suggest de-ionised water it's only cheap and no mineral deposits. |

Reds not that expensive, or you can change to blue. Make sure you do a full flush though. BMW has noted issues with the OAT coolant causing problems with the plastics they use in the cooling system. |

europarts for the water, £4 for 5 litres ...as for the total flush , i suppose a hose pipe in one end and wait for the water to come out the other... ... - .- -.

Would that surfice or would it have to be warm? Would that get round all the channels in the block? |

dunno rob, i've only done it on a fiesta with no problems ,never done it on the range but i'm sure someone will come along and say.. ... - .- -.
