its a shame to see such a blatant rip off, but its not surprising when their imports are so heavily taxed, effectively adding between 50% to 80% to them compared to other countries. Too many toys, not enough time

Romania 2012 Range Rover Westminster 4.4 V8 Santorini Black

Will keep my eyes open around here for when released. Very much a Chinese invasion here in Cambodia and they are making a mess of loads of things.
But I have seen more LWB 405's in the past couple of months than anywhere else ....130% import tax!!

Cant wait until next month get my Westie back for a month and a Romania to UK and Jersey road trip!!

Gavin Series 2a LWB Hardtop - ex British Aerospace that was then used in an armed robbery! not by me!
2 door V8 1979 Range Rover
A slight Subaru blip..
110 County 200tdi
R reg 300 tdi Discovery Aviemore - gone to a local enthusiast to be resurrected in Transylvania
2003 TD5 Discovery2 - now sold
and the 2 wheeled Range Rover - BMW R 1150GSA

and finally the big lady of my dreams... 2012 Westminster - gives me a smile every morning

Well, they've just dropped the massive taxes significantly, but when the difference is tenfold, the clientele is obviously not the same.

still impressive to offer such a massive SUV with a modern running gear. l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

I actually like that... you could probably buy one for less than a proper one would depreciate by in the first 10mins of ownership!

Question is , have they managed to make it as unreliable as a genuine landrover? 😁
