I've had my low mileage (31K) Range Rover for just over 5 years, and now its time for something new. I'm the 2nd owner (1st a lady barrister in Wimbledon) it's never been off road, in excellent condition. When I bought it, I took it straight DC 4x4 and had a professional 2012 conversion, I also bought x 5 2012 new wheels. so it looks externally identical to a 2012 model. it is also a ignition key in the dash model. I've bought the deployable side steps last year, that I think are fantastic feature to the car. It's fully loaded with TV, DVD, screens in the headrests for the rear passengers, everything works, air con, heated/cooled electric seats etc. I have all the keys, owners manual and books it came from Land Rover with.
It's only ever failed 1 MOT, for a low tyre before I purchased the car, no outstanding recalls, its had the front brake pipes changed at main dealer. its also had new belts (Fead & Supercharged) about 18 months ago, as I thought it would be a good idea. No rust in the usual places, it still has the original exhaust which is in excellent condition. Good tyres etc, I've really not had to spend any money on the car to replace worn out bits, and doesn't need anything, its always been garaged, and generally not seen rain, as I have another runabout to use.
I have a new car arriving in Nov, so thought I would test the water here before putting it up on the auto trader, value, always a difficult one, according to the auto trader value, its just under £14K, which seems rather high to me. & doesn't take account that it is 2012 specked. Anyway I would be happy with £14K, but am open to sensible offers knowing its not going to a dealer, and a good home.
