Ah - my bad - I read that as upgrade TO the 2005 touch screen.

Oops, i'll shut up now - sorry. Embarassed

On the 2002-2005 the cameras are POI's I imagine you can do the same on the newer map DVD - it may just be that no one's done it yet?

No you touchscreen nav is completely different to the mk3/4 nav that dan is talking about. The mk4 nav is the BMW derived nab computer that was in the non touchscreen FFRR. I am not aware of any mod to show safety cameras on the touchscreen nav, but that doesn't mean that there isn't a solution. 06MY 4.4 V8 Autobiography Cairns Blue with Navy & Parchment Interior

so stick with the Snooper - just got to find a discrete mounting position as i detest screen 'mounts'

Scarey,

Have you investigated the DVD in a PC to see if the files are readable? If so then in theory you could write a new disc with new/modded data.

If you get a trackstar tracker, they can add "safespeed". Essentially the car beeps at you if you're near a fixed camera.

You can also get camera sites on an iPhone.

With that sort of blatent brand advertising you could work for the BBC! Rolling with laughter

You can also get them on every other phone - specifically Nokia that comes with free GPS SW with speed camera and overspeed warnings...
