Well I have just had friendly reminder that I need to renew my subscription to the Land Rover inInControl service and they want£240 for a years extension. Seems a bit steep to me but I suppose I will have to tip up for peace of mind and to keep the car "complete and original". What do you guys think of the price, is it worth it or am I being tight fisted?
Does anyone know if the tracker fitted by Land Rover is based on another model because when getting insurance quotes the InControl brand is never mentioned.

I have this decision in November. It seems a shed load of money for 4/5ths of all but my insurer wants a tracker and I have no experience of others. letters not necessarily in the right order

Assuming your insurer wants a tracker it's probably cheaper than getting a different one and paying the subscription for that. If you have a LR warranty having a different one fitted might affect the warranty. Only Range Rovers since 1988

If you extend the warranty does this not include the incontrol subscription?

If so, do you have any details, and suitability for the fatty.
