Well I was away for the weekend so the wife got to play in the VSE, she had a falling out with a bollard in a car park, resulting in front nearside wing, bumper, light and grille damage.

Insurance claim going in, but do you have any recommendations for repairers around Oxfordshire?

Also, any tips and tricks, things to look out for?

Wherever your insurance company want you to take it - don’t go there - they are the lowest bidder and consider the insurance company their customer.

When I had a problem, I told them I wanted the local main dealer to do it - I expected a fight, but they agreed quite easily, simply saying they couldn’t guarantee a loan car - but a quick call to the Dealer confirmed they’d provide a vehicle.
