my 2005 came with a big plate which i didnt like and changed it to a normal size...they seem to be about , the letters/numbers are the same but the plate is larger.. ... - .- -.

ohh, now i'm confused. only £13 quid though might order one and see. The original owner had there plate mounted high and used copius amounts of tape and when i came to change at the time couldn't be bothered to clean all the tape that would of showed, so just put plate on in same place. Another job for the list...

Get the bigger plate 21 x 6" they much better and are what Land Rover fit as standard. The rear indentation is made for the bigger plate. You only see normal size plates because unknowing second time buyers just buy them from Halfords etc. They look odd as far as i am concerned.

Just ordered. Jumped to £18 to have a euro gb bit added. I knew i was going to be financially worse of due to the bloody EU!!

Will post comparison pics when arrives to help others decide.

Vogue, your obviously not 'down wit the kids'. its a 'P H A T' plate i'm after.

The rides still good TBH. The car is lowered and access mode does look very pimp my ride!!

I've always had lowered cars and my last car was a lowered porsche 911 with twenty inch rims ( until i lost my license- one 'mad moment' after clean license for 12 years!) so compared to that its like floating on air.

I looks pretty damn smart I must admit.

I think the 2010/conversion works best on a black FF Thumbs Up

Also, with regards to PHAT plates, My 2003 came with a large rear plate, and now my private plate is a phat one too, they finish the back end off a treat. 2006 Mercedes CLS
