[SOLVED] Dangly Flaps - One or Two ?

Whilst doing my oil change (3.6 TDV8 / MY2009) I removed the front under tray to clean up the subframe a bit.

I noticed that on the Front Right side there is a dangly flap that attaches to the under tray

There is no dangly flap on the Front Left, but there are fixing holes in the subframe and the undertray.

Should there be one on both sides? .

Our late 2006 3.6 tdv8 is also like that.I was was also wondering whether something's been removed & not re-fitted or never fitted.
Most likely never fitted then ! Paul,
