Thanks - tried that and nothing doing, will give it another go tomorrow. Second key working, fortunately! |

Ah... my second key has never worked.....but there’s only me use the car.

IID tool can pair a new key , very straight forward. 2015 4.4 AB

@Mike , my warning went out when new battery was fitted. I got new smaller style key , complete with internal for less than 40 stg off eBay,. 2015 4.4 AB

Not on all models sir... JLR have now released a security update that stops any aftermarket units coding keys on certain models... ie i can now NOT code a key for my wifes D4! |
