Did you get your handle fixed? Think I need a cable and was going to ask where you got yours from

Just a quick tip if you are changing the cable yourselves on the L322. Once you have disconnected the airbag in the door don’t start the car up or turn on the ignition, it throws a code up with airbag light which you need a code reader to turn off.

BTW other than that its an easy job and the cable is cheap.

A plus one on the above, I disconnected my battery before starting the job, just to be on the safe side

This job is not difficult, but took me ages as the cylindrical shaped lug had broken off the cable and was jammed inside the door handle mechanism. took me bloody ages to remove it without removing the door handle. For once a genuine part was not expensive.
