What is this part called and what attached too?

Hi folks,
Leaking coolant today from a rubber washer but I don't know what it's called so I've attached a couple of pictures, had the AA man out who has fitted one he had but I'd like to replace with the proper one.
It's between the two bolt heads middle of the shot where pipe connect to the block and yellow in colour.

2007 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Java Black

The part is the EGR thermostat O ring. The O ring the AA man replaced should be fine if it's not leaking anymore. 2007 TDV8 VSE
2003 TD6 gone.
