is it possible to get the history of a car I'm interested in from LR?

not just the dates of its normal servicing but also any other repair work carried out under warranty etc

They will supply a hard copy of the service history to the registered keeper - I doubt they would give it to anyone who asks.....

I'm sure any main dealer or service centre could look it up, but again, doubt they'd share it unless it's them selling the vehicle.

BTW - the history will only show work done by a main dealer or one of a fairly limited number of approved service centres - it is not a complete history of the car. Independent dealers or the vehicle owner cannot add to the on-line history.
