Hi everyone need help/advice .my lovely rangie was running perfect then had suspension inactive warning so bought diagnostic tool , that said front left height sensor fault so cleared it but now front wont adjust up or down and is extremely bumpy and wallows along . What do i need to try ???

Probably because you have a faulty front left height sensor!

Have a look at it, one of the joints may have parted company, which you can DIY mend with nut,bolt, washers (and tap washers) and spacers. Or check connections and wiring.

Otherwise it will be a new one, unfortunately front ones are twice the price of rears, @ £60

or you could have a leak in the airbag, can you get to offroad height after an EAs reset ? .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember

thanks for your help and advice turns out it was the front ride height sensor had went over the cam and was 180 degrees out!!
for ince a simple and inexpensive fix lol
