Slip ring? It's known as the clockspring on a Disco. The bit that maintains electrical connections for the steering wheel but allows it to turn? 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

Would be interested to know if repair is possible as my voice command plays up but only when I'm moving. I suspect it's an intermittent connection caused by the clockspring. It's a bit annoying as it places a phone call instead... 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate
