The Lidl ones are the usual recommendation (when they’re available). |

The Lidl one I bought isn't bad, but no CTEK - it won't revive a fully dead battery and if the power is lost, it doesn't't switch itself back on - it is good for the money though |

Can't recommend the LiDL one for long term use. Bought two primarily due to the motorcycle mode which was, allegedly, safe for smaller batteries. Not sure about that. They killed the two batteries on my Norton Commander over the 2016/17 winter and finished off the one on my generator, which admittedly was well past its best. Little bit of experimentation shows tendency to get mixed up on start charge voltage indication and I'm not completely sure I trust the finish voltage readings.
