LR dont seem to list a separate item for the panel, so it could be bad news and you might have to replace the head unit......you might get a use one on the Bay.

or there may be repair places, like the ones who do cluster repairs who can solder a new screen in for you. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
