The LR handbook does say not to rotate. Perhaps that is due to TPMS having to be reprogrammed, as it works on the basis of specific wheels in specific positions on the car. Only Range Rovers since 1988 |

Don't know about front to back but the LR service sheet for my Westie says that wheels should be swapped side to side at every service. 2021 D350 Fifty Edition - Carpathian Grey

Re side to side swap - wouldn't work if tyres are directional

Yep I have had differing advice in the past, for my RRS I was told to do an axle rotation every 6k...it worked well and my tyres wore even. 2021 L405 Vogue D300 2016 L405 Vogue 3.0TDV6 (Sold) |

Changing tyres when they still have 4mm of tread left just seems wasteful, it's not the money per say...just because you can afford it does not mean you can't be economical ![]() 2016 L405 Vogue 3.0TDV6 (Sold) |
