AC cold one side and hot the other

Tried turning the ac on cold as its sunny today and the pass side goes cold from both dash vents but the drivers side vents keep blowing hot air! Is it as simple as the temp control switch on drivers side not working correctly? One day your life will flash before your eyes......................................make sure yours is worth watching!

I think it's often the stepper motors that are controlled by the HVAC system. There is a reset routine on the Disco that is usually the first thing to try. Not sure if it's the same on the FF? Try a search on the Disco3 site for HVAC reset - might give you some clues to start. Or someone might be along soon with a better suggestion! 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate
