United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Barolo Black
continuous high pitched sound

I have a high pitched noise coming from behind the drivers side even when the car is switched off it goes off when I take the interior light fuse out

Light Control Module - to be found behind the lower A pillar cover - where the bonnet release lever is. .
