It’s the quality of software engineering and development that’s an issue, not the location where they reside. I work with crap software developers worldwide... the trick is to replace them. |

I am not certain but suspect the Sat nav not working at all could be regarded as an improvement. letters not necessarily in the right order |

My car is finally sorted . The HQ LR techs sorted out the software in the end. However, just a warning guys, incontrol software update 17C is great but there are many problems out there. Thankfully mine got sorted but I do know of people waiting a long time for a resolution. So my advice would be to wait a bit until they iron out the bugs!
