Having fallen out with my local Indie I need to take my business elsewhere. I noticed Green Oval are one of the sites sponsors and they did fit my deployable steps and did a good job. Has anyone got any feedback on their servicing and MOT, it will be an expensive day for me 60 miles to get there and then a days shopping in Leeds with SWMBO then 60miles back - its not the 60 miles each way that will be expensive but the days shopping Geoff |

I used them for an inspection 1 service and mot in 2016 and was happy with them. Reasonable prices and dint try it on for extra work. Mentioned the site when i booked in and they didnt grumble when i took the car away to replace the drop links when they needed doing to pass the mot rather than them doing it so can recommend from my own experience. How did I fall out with my current Indie? Well it was a few things, car failed MOT on Rear fogs not working - I explained that it had a bike rack fitted (I cycle home) and when connected the rear fog lights are disabled. Took it in for a pulley squeak, they replaced the supercharger (no change out of £3k) squeak still there when I picked it up - they only needed to drive across the car park, they disconnected battery to do some work - good but when I tried to disconnect at a later date it took all my strength to undo the nut - bad. The also broke the hinge on my OBD2 port, not east to fix so I'll have to live with it. Another MOT fail was because I had fitted aero wipers, they said they were not wiping correctly. The list goes on, so its time for a change as I've got better things to get worked up about - like SWMBO spending in Leeds Geoff |

The supercharger is a hanging offence. The others I'd guess you could live with - just ...
