Can anyone tell me if my GAP Tool should diagnose the glow plugs , I have been through the menu with no result .

Apparently if the glow plugs are wired after a relay the ecu cannot detect it so , no diagnostic info. |

Have to be VERY cold for it to be a glow plug issue. I am running on only three (believed) working (others unplugged) and started fine at -10 C - FFRR... .

You were lucky , not had time to discover how many plugs are working or not, but -5c all night and all day till 12pm next day and -2c , it took all that time to try and catch the engine to life and a very stuttered start, certainly more than on glow plug not working . |
