Well the day finally came yesterday to say goodbye to my old girl. After 9 years and 103k miles in my company, my 4.4 Petrol has gone.
To make things a bit easier, I’ve now taken ownership of a 3.6 TDV8. I know, it’s the Devil’s fuel, but I had to at least try it, didn’t I?
So the new girl is a 59 model, with the updated interior (dash and audio a per the newer 4.4 diesel).
The only thing is that she’s not quite as clean as when I collected her from Mike Neal in Pontefract (a very painless and friendly experience  ) so here’s a photo which tempted me to do the deal.
