Finally got a response from JLR.......


I am unable to advise the reason why that particular wheel is not an option on the specific derivative unfortunately and cannot comment on the future should there be any changes.

What makes their reply even funnier ...

In other words I've no idea why the 22's aren't available as an option but they maybe available in the future but then again they might not be.
