I have mine on an ignition live circuit - recording whilst parked didn’t seem a priority vs being able to start the car....., |

My BlackVue (650) goes in to standby mode when parked. Recently had a window smashed while parked at the airport. The culprit wandered around for 3 mins before doing the deed. He’s now on bail and going to court in mid-April. The police were very thankful for the video as he was known to them but they didn’t have sufficient evidence before this to arrest him. So I found it useful having the BlackVue on standby when parked. It uses the magic pro to put it in to standby.

Phil, so you don’t get any battery low issues with our BlackVue setup? |

No battery problems and its been fitted 2 years. Each year I leave the RR parked up for a month and it always starts.
