Always amazes me that you have to pay extra for front fogs on a 100k car!

Didn’t they used to be standard on the VSE?!...

Apart from that, it looks quite nice from the front Thumbs Up The back, less so Sad

The blue and ivory interior is really striking!

The front looks fine, and less sharp Velaresque than I expected. But the acute trapezoid rear tailpipes are somewhat indiscreet...the impression is that JLR are trying too hard...to make an impression with the result that it looks unbalanced. Deletion would be an improvement.

I like the front, the changes to the dash / info entertainment look good, but the rear lights and black accents look crap and intrusive on a lighter coloured car like a children's toy and what's with the weird coloured blue leather accents. It's also been said by others the seats look like they are out of a 1970's Sedan. A lot of the changes are just for changes sake and look awful.

Personally I would prefer a 2016/17 vehicle with the MY18 front. 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17

It does have front fog lights fitted. Because they’re little LED dots you can’t notice them anymore.

£150 for this! Don’t see how they can say they are stylish when they are apparently invisible.

I agree but I don’t think the one on autotrader has them though.

Saw one at the dealer's this week, though no opportunity to sit on the new seats.

I don't like the exhaust finishers, (a) because they are not functional and I think design should follow function (see e.g. the Spen King Classic) and (b) they remind me of the Peugeot 5008 (its bonnet has similarities too) and some Mercedes, neither of which I regard as aspirational role models for the RR. The rear lights are a bit 70s, but I thought the front was fine and the seats looked better than in the pictures. I could not see all of the switches, but did not like the window switches on the door, finished in some shiny material and putting the seat controls on the doors seems to me rather to detract from the elegant simplicity sought to be achieved elsewhere.

I'm not sure the facelift is a great improvement on the original design, but will be interested to experience the greater insulation/refinement, the new seats and the (extra) laser lights, and also to see whether the new screen based controls are easier to use. Whether it makes sense to buy one compared with a cheaper pre-facelift car or indeed my 322, is of course another question... Only Range Rovers since 1988

looks nice but the Mrs said it looks a woman's car in that colour and trim, rear exhausts look good and more modern than two black pipes sicking out the bottom Thumbs Up _____________________________________________________
