Open top tailgate. Remove Phillips screw on top of lens and ease it out. Twist bulb holder and pull it out.
I'm sure you can work it from there

The bulbs are only 25mm long chaps, so no messing about. Plug and play.

Charged a handling fee on top of the Vat.

So let me get this straight . They seize your goods while they decide how much you have give them before they will let you have them. Then they charge you for allowing them to seize them while they decide. Well I've come across some rackets in my time but .... Jeez.

There is normally a charge for transport comoany paying the VAT on your behalf.
